Physician Advisory Group

Recha Bergstrom, MD
Recha Bergstrom, MD is a practicing radiologist in Northern California specializing in Women’s Imaging. She is also a mom of three, wife, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.
Recha founded The Physician Philanthropist to help doctors donate effectively, invest responsibly and spend thoughtfully so that they can maximize the positive impact they want to have in the world. She established The Physician Philanthropy Impact Fund to make it easy for anyone to amplify the power of their money.

Her blog “Intentional Money” provides simple steps to start learning how to use the power of the money you have as the most effective way to create change in the world. She also offers self-paced online courses for busy doctors. “The Power of Money: Maximize Your Impact When Donating, Investing and Spending” is a comprehensive online course to develop an impactful giving plan. “Profit & Purpose: Impact Investing for Doctors,” helps doctors align their investment portfolios with their values without sacrificing returns.

Felecia Froe, MD
Felecia Froe, MD is the owner of Money With Mission, an investment company focused on empowering professional women to build wealth and achieve financial freedom through social impact investing.
With her partners at the Eco Alliance Group, she is providing healthy food to food desert areas with indoor vertical farms and grocery stores.
In addition to real estate investing, Dr. Froe is a licensed urological surgeon with over 20 years of experience. She has written many Best Selling books including How to Create Wealth that Outlives You.

Andrea Pearson Rosenbaum, MD
Andrea Pearson Rosenbaum is a devoted wife and mother of two, a physician, speaker, writer and entrepreneur. She is a board-certified Pediatrician and a practicing Pediatric Hospitalist and ED Physician. She was a longtime volunteer for hospice and has training in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is the founder and CEO of Havivah Mama, an ethically produced and inclusively sized clothing brand for pregnant and nursing mothers. Dr. Rosenbaum is the founder of Love All Mamas, a blog that focuses on issues of interest to new or expectant mothers coming from a position of humor and humility. The blog compiles real experiences and advice from physician mamas. Dr. Rosenbaum speaks and writes on topics relating to new and expectant motherhood, with a focus on mindfulness, infertility, post-partum body changes and sustainable fashion.
As a pediatrician and mother of two young children, Dr. Rosenbaum has an intense and vested interest in children and education. Dr. Rosenbaum believes that every child has the potential to be a light to the world and deserves the opportunity to shine through educational opportunities that support their individual needs.

Rashmi Schramm, MD
Dr. Rashmi Schramm is a board certified family physician with 21 years of practice experience. She is also a certified coach and meditation teacher. She is the founder of Optimal Wellness, where she helps busy professionals to tap into inner peace and power so they can confidently live with more energy and fulfillment.
Rashmi is also a mom of two teenage daughters, a wife and an avid outdoor enthusiast. She is passionate about giving back. Rashmi and her family regularly volunteer and donate to their local shelter for unhoused people, the Sulzbacher Center. She also donates to The Malala Fund, Together Rising, Unicef and several charities on the ground in her native India.
Being on the Physician Advisory Board is an absolute honor.

Ndidiamaka Obadan, MD
Dr Ndidiamaka Obadan MBBS MS FASN, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Hypertension. She is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology.
Has a Masters in International Health Policy and Management from the Heller School of Social Public health, Brandeis University, Waltham, Massachusetts.
Graduated from the University of Benin, completed her residency with Harlem and Columbia University in New York City, Nephrology fellowship from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Dr Ndidiamaka serves as an affiliate assistant Professor with the Medical University of South Carolina and an adjunct Professor with Moorehouse school of medicine. Dr Obadan has special interests in Gender and racial equity as well as in education.
She is the Chief executive officer of YoungerSelfMD which is a medical practice specializing in preventing and treating chronic medical conditions including hypertension, diabetes and chronic kidney disease. Her practice is located in Kennesaw, Georgia
Dr Obadan serves her patients/clients by providing primary care and nephrology services to her local community and beyond, through in person and telemedicine visits. She is also a health and wellness coach for clients at risk of kidney disease and preventing the progression of established kidney related illnesses.
She is a wife to her husband and mom of 3 beautiful children

Carola B. Okogbaa, MD
Dr. Carola B. Okogbaa is a board certified ophthalmologist serving Baton Rouge, Louisiana community. She is the CEO and founder of Louisiana Center For Eyes. Dr. Okogbaa specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of eye diseases. She helps individuals achieve their best vision and maintain a healthy eyesight. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She went on to complete her medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha Nebraska follower by her ophthalmology residency at Tulane University School of medicine in New Orleans, LA.
Dr. Okogbaa is a wife, mother of three, and an entrepreneur. She and her family have been involved with several charities through her church and other organizations that seeks to make a difference in the world.

Terry Nguyen, MD
Dr. Terry Nguyen is a pediatrician who practices integrative medicine, a whole-person approach to healing, incorporating mind, body and spirit approaches to wellness. She believes patients have the seeds for wellness which can be nurtured and strengthened in a collaborative patient-physician relationship.
Dr. Nguyen graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in biomedical engineering. She received her medical degree and master’s degree in health policy from New York University School of Medicine and New York University Wagner. She completed her pediatric residency and Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.
Dr. Nguyen has worked both as a health policy analyst as well as a clinician. She is currently the Chair of Pediatrics at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center and has practiced primary care pediatrics at GBMC Health Partners Pediatric Group for over two decades. She is an assistant professor of pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
She is passionate about integrative whole-person wellness for her patients and her physician colleagues. Her area of expertise is adolescents and young adults. She helps adolescents with anxiety master their emotional distress to transform into confident, resilient young adults. After working with Dr. Terry, young adults realize their infinite potential. Dr. Nguyen is the founding chair of the Physician Wellness Committee at GBMC and co-chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Integrative Medicine Education Committee.

Lum Frundi, MD
Lum Frundi, MD is a board certified pediatrician and founder of Generational wellbeing.
She is passionate about helping mothers create sustainable healthy habits so they can make the change from disease to wellness.
She did her undergraduate studies at Valdosta State University where she received a BS in Biology and chemistry. She received her medical degree from UGA/ MCG partnership and completed Pediatric residency in CHOG at Augusta University.
She is a mother of two girls and enjoys spending time with her kids and outside in nature. She lives in Georgia where she serves her community and partners with mothers to raise healthy, and resilient children
Montcalm

Holly Ruxin
Founder & CEO Montcalm
Holly founded Montcalm in 2012 to provide wealth management services based on intelligent investing, authentic relationships, and integrity with the planet. She oversees client relationships, portfolio asset allocation, and selection of Montcalm’s investment offerings. Holly guides individuals and families in actively engaging with their wealth according to their values, needs, and goals.

Holly began her investment career in fixed income derivatives sales at Goldman Sachs and proceeded to manage assets, lead private client teams, and trade at Morgan Stanley, Montgomery Securities, and Bank of America. Holly is also the Founder of Trevor TCR, a foundation established to award philanthropic grants to support health, education, enterprise, and the arts, all necessary cornerstones of healthy, successful communities. She has an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. She lives in San Francisco with her family. They all enjoy live music, hiking, movies, and spending time in Tahoe.

David Ruxin
Client Operations Associate
David comes to Montcalm with extensive experience in corporate finance at economic justice and mental health organizations. This professional experience, in conjunction with his educational background in public policy, shapes his passion for improving the world in a financially sustainable way. As a Montcalm Associate, David interacts with clients, assists in decisions for corporate and municipal bond portfolios, and executes fixed income trades. He is looking forward to using his broad experience and education to further prove that you can do well by doing good.
David holds a BA from the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia. During his time at UVa he concentrated his studies on social entrepreneurship and public-private partnerships. David enjoys time on the golf course, a good work of fiction, and constant learning.

Suzanne Andrews
Principal, Connections
Suzanne’s areas of focus at Montcalm are education, communication, and connections. She develops our educational programs for clients and the broader community, to support people in reaching a deeper understanding of their relationship with money and how to invest for their future from a place of positive engagement. Through strategic communications, she articulates our unique services and approach, so that people looking for holistic, transparent, and expert financial services will connect with us.
Previously, Suzanne was a software engineer at Apple and a midwife’s assistant, and she is a proud mom. She has a BA in Computer Science from Brown University. She co-authored the historic first book for women about angel investing, Impact With Wings.

Lucas Fioretti
Impact Associate
With experience across the green infrastructure, renewable energy, and cleantech landscapes, Lucas brings a diverse sustainability background to the Montcalm team. As a Montcalm Associate, Lucas constantly interacts with clients, assists with portfolio management, and carries out research on private impact investments. He is looking forward to growing with the Montcalm team and continuing to find ways to generate meaningful impact and sustainable returns for our clients.

Lucas holds a BA from the University of Michigan in Environmental Science, with a specialization in Business Sustainability. In his free time, Lucas can be found on the basketball court or soccer pitch, or exploring the natural environment far and wide.
